1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Senra IO ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, API, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

Senra IO provides predictive analytics and machine learning-based predictions for UK Parliament bills. Our Service includes:

Probabilistic predictions for bill outcomes (Royal Assent, next stage progression, next stage ETA estimates)
Bill analytics and historical data
API access for programmatic use
Dashboard and visualization tools

The Service is provided for informational and analytical purposes only. Predictions are estimates based on historical data and statistical models, not guarantees of future outcomes.

3. User Accounts & Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and update your account information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscription Plans & Pricing

We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits:

Free Tier: Limited access with basic features
Pilot Tier: Enhanced features for individual users
Pro Tier: Full access with higher usage limits

Pricing, features, and limits are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to pricing or features.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. All fees are in GBP (British Pounds) unless otherwise stated.

If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service. You are responsible for all fees incurred, including any applicable taxes.

6. API Usage & Rate Limits

API access is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan. You agree to:

Use the API in accordance with these Terms and any API documentation
Not exceed your plan's rate limits
Not attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
Not use the API for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Excessive usage may result in temporary or permanent suspension of API access.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, and technology, is owned by Senra IO and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Use the Service for competitive purposes or to build competing services

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, but grant us a license to use, store, and process such content to provide the Service.

8. User Content & Conduct

You are responsible for all content you submit or transmit through the Service. You agree not to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Impersonate others or provide false information

9. Limitations and Disclaimers

9.1 No Responsibility for Predictions

Senra IO provides bill predictions and analytics on an "as-is" basis. Predictions are probabilistic estimates based on historical data and machine learning models. They are not guarantees of future outcomes.

You acknowledge and agree that:

Predictions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. The accuracy of predictions cannot be guaranteed.
Predictions should not be the sole basis for decision-making. You should use predictions as one tool among many in your decision-making process.
Senra IO takes no responsibility for any outcomes, decisions, or consequences resulting from the use of predictions, whether direct or indirect.
You assume all risk when using predictions for any purpose, including but not limited to business, legal, or policy decisions.
Senra IO makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding prediction accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

The Service is provided for informational and analytical purposes only. You should independently verify any information and consult with appropriate professionals before making decisions based on predictions.

9.2 No Refunds Policy

All payments made to Senra IO are final. Unless explicitly authorized by Senra IO in writing, no refunds will be provided for:

Subscription fees (monthly or annual)
One-time payments (including Pilot tier purchases)
API usage fees
Any other charges

Refunds, if any, are at the sole discretion of Senra IO. Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to an error on our part, please contact us at contact@senraio.com with details of the issue. We will review your request and, if appropriate, may provide a refund at our discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senra IO and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Senra IO and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
Any content you submit or transmit through the Service

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms
Non-payment of fees
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Extended period of inactivity

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases, and we may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
